Hi, I’m Catriona Simental, owner and photographer at Cat’s Eye Studios in Mesa, Arizona. I specialize in professional headshots, portraits, event photography, and commercial photography across the East Valley. My goal is to create images that capture confidence, connection, and authentic personality

I grew up a Midwest darlin’ in small-town Missouri, where I learned to appreciate simple beauty, hard work, and genuine connection. Those roots still shape my approach to photography today — grounded, warm, and focused on making every client feel seen and celebrated.

When I’m not behind the camera, I’m a mom of three who loves coloring, painting, and hiking our beautiful desert mountains. I also lead Suite Joy — a bridge to mental well-being, a gathering community of joy, rooted in grace and built for belonging. For me, photography and community share the same heart: creating space for people to show up as themselves and feel truly connected.
